About the collab
Since day one, we’ve wanted to collaborate with people who built something from nothing, stayed true to themselves, and did it their own way.
La Hamburguesa is the passion-project of boxer turned chef Hernan Rivera.
What started as family tradition, helping his dad at food trucks and hot-dog stands, transformed into a cult-favorite smash-burger truck, built entirely from the ground up.
That’s the balance we believe in: grit and great food.
If you have the chance, pay La Hamburguesa a visit for a burger that may or may not change your life.

Are the burritos halal?
No, but we're working on a vegetarian version is in our future. Get on the waitlist, and we'll keep you posted.
-
How are your burritos delivered/shipped?
Shipping orders are sent in boxes with an insulated liner. Both are curbside recyclable. They're packed with dry ice to keep them cold for at least 2 days of transit.
Local deliveries go out in insulated pouches with ice packs to keep them cold for at least 4 hours.
Once your burritos arrive, put them in the freezer ASAP.
Burritos may thaw in transit, but as long as they arrive colder than 40º, they’re safe to freeze or eat.
If anything is less than perfect, email us at help@badhambres.com and we'll make it right.
-
