Are the burritos vegetarian/gluten free?
No. Our burritos are not vegetarian or gluten-free. The tortillas contain pork fat and the beans are cooked in chicken broth.
But we're working on it. A vegetarian version is in our future. Get on the waitlist, and we'll keep you posted.
-
How are your burritos shipped?
Shipping orders are sent in boxes with an insulated liner. Both are curbside recyclable. They're packed with dry ice to keep them cold for at least 2 days of transit.
Once your burritos arrive, put them in the freezer ASAP.
Burritos may thaw in transit, but as long as they arrive colder than 40º, they’re safe to freeze or eat.
If anything is less than perfect, email us at help@badhambres.com and we'll make it right.
-
When will my order arrive?
Once an order has shipped, it'll arrive the next day or the day after. You can see when your order will ship and arrive at checkout.
Except for holidays, we ship Monday through Thursday. If the transit time to your zip code is two days, we ship Mon-Wed. After your order is placed, it'll be shipped on the next ship day.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow its progress. If your order hasn't arrived 3 days after it shipped or your tracking shows "Delivered" and you didn't receive it, email help@badhambres.com.
-
Burritos arrived thawed?
In warm weather and longer transits dry ice may dissipate and burritos may partially thaw.
Burritos are perfectly safe to eat as long as they're cold (40º or lower).
If you have a questions about food safety or the condition of your burritos, email us at help@badhambres.com.
