FAQ
General Questions
I don't live in Arizona, can you ship to me?
Shipping is currently just in Arizona, but we're expanding soon. Join our email list to be notified when we reach your area.
If you're visiting Phoenix, order burritos for pickup and swing by our kitchen to grab your burritos.
How are you giving back to Mexican culture?
We wouldn’t be here without the culture that inspired these burritos. Here’s what we’re doing now:
- We hire Latino team members and pay living wages, above the industry average. We support and protect our team behind the scenes in ways that aren’t always visible, but always intentional.
- We hire and collaborate with Latino creatives and businesses.
- We source our tortillas from La Purísima, a local Mexican bakery, and have committed to scaling with them as we grow.
- We highlight the Mexican roots of the burrito on our packaging and website. This food comes from a rich, complex culture, and we’re here to honor that.
- We shout out local Mexican favorites like Los Dos Molinos, the restaurant Hank grew up going to, in every interview we give.
We’re always open to listening and learning.
