FAQ
Storage and cooking instructions?
Keep frozen up to 60 days or refrigerated up to 4 days.
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 Defrost:
- Fastest: Microwave on high for 2 minutes
- More tender tortilla: Microwave on the defrost setting for 8-10 minutes
- Most tender tortilla: Defrost in refrigerator for 48 hours
Step 2 Cook:
- Make crispy on stove (med-high heat with butter, ~ 2 min. per side)
- Cook in oven (375 for 10-12 min.)
- Cook in air fryer (375 for 8-10 min.)
Hangry method: Take out of freezer, remove the wrap, and microwave on high for ~3 min.
Are the burritos vegetarian/gluten free?
No. Our burritos are not vegetarian or gluten-free.
But we're working on it. A vegetarian version is in our future. Get on the waitlist, and we'll keep you posted.
How are your burritos delivered/shipped?
Our burritos are packed with temperature-stabilizing gel ice packs.
Local deliveries go out in insulated pouches. Shipping orders arrive in boxes with an insulated liner. Both are curbside recyclable.
Once they arrive, get your burritos in the freezer ASAP.
Ice packs and burritos may thaw in transit, but as long as they’re cool to the touch, they’re good to freeze or eat.
If a shipping delay affects the quality of your burritos, we’ll make it right and reship your order.
Can I pickup my burritos?
Yes! You can pickup from our Arcadia kitchen, but make sure to order online first.
Schedule your pickup window at checkout. When you arrive, text the number in your confirmation email, and we'll bring your order out to your car.
I don't live in Arizona, do you ship to me?
Shipping is currently just in Arizona, but we're expanding soon. Join our email list to be notified when we reach your area.

Bean Dream
We’re Hank and Sam, a husband and wife team on a mission to make the world’s tastiest frozen bean and cheese burritos.
Hank had been dreaming about selling his burritos for years. Inspired by the authentic Mexican flavors he grew up with in Arizona—and after a decade of obsessing over the perfect beans—he decided to go pro.
What started as a weekend cooking burritos in our kitchen and sending Venmo requests quickly escalated to quitting his corporate job, recruiting his designer/entrepreneur wife Sam to the cause, and moving into our own commercial kitchen.
